FREAK I HAVE KNOWN YOU FOR A LONG TIME AND YOU AND ME ARE GOOD PALS HOWEVER THE BOYS ARE STARTING TO TALK.FREAK WE ALL KNOW YOU ARE NOT THAT SMART YOU HAVE PROVEN IT OVER THE YEARS IN THE BADMANS CONTEST.I DO HAVE A LITTLE CONCERN AFTER YOU WINNING THIS CONTEST LAST YEAR THEN GOING 4-1 IN WEEK ONE THIS IS NOT YOUR STYLE YOUR WINNING.
FREAK HERE IS THE CONCERN I HAVE AND I AM NOT SAYING YOUR DOING IT BUT IF ALL THE PICKS ARE ENTERED BY 11PM ON SATURDAY AND YOU DONT POST THEM UNTIL 12.30 ON SUNDAY DOESNT THAT ALLOW YOU A CHANCE TO SEE THE LATE LINE MOVES AND THE WEATHER REPORTS.

FREAK JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE I THINK YOU SHOULD POST ALL PICKS ON SATURDAY NIGHT OR VERY EARLY SUNDAY MORNING OTHERWISE PEOPLE MIGHT BE SAYING YOUR SEEING LATE LINE MOVES ON SUNDAY MORNINGS THAT WE DONT SEE.

First and foremost the only one talking is you. Every year week 1 runs a little off kilter due to late entries and problems with people not following directions.

That was the case this year as it has been for the 10 years I have done this contest.

My picks are the first ones in. I don't even look at people's picks when I get them until I post them.

To be really clear, what late line moves took place on Sunday?Weather didn't have an effect on any game that took place on Sunday unless I missed it.

This pisses me off beyond being pissed.... to challenge my integrity is beyond my comprehension.

People that were late on their picks know I sent multiple e-mails to get the picks in and I made it clear starting week 2 there will be no follow up and they get 0-5.

As in every season past, I post the picks shortly after I have them all and manually put them in the spread sheet and do all the tallies. I am not going to call out the people that were late, they know who they are and I did what anyone else would do week 1, I gave them every opportunity to avoid an 0-5 start.

If I am to be faulted for this, then fine fault me, but rest assured I have never held back for any reason to benefit myself.

I am not happy about this as how else am I to take this....

If anyone else has a problem by all means let me know.

No problem here. I understand the challenges of running a contest and allowing a longer leash for a week 1.

When will the selections be posted for the remaining weeks?

I WAS JUST BRINGING IT UP FREAK TO THROW YOU OFF YOUR GAME NOW THAT I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED THIS I AM EXPECTING YOU TO GO 0-5 THIS WEEK.

BOYS YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE FREAK HE IS A STAND UP GUY I AM JUST MAD BECAUSE THIS GUY WAS A 10 TIME LOSER IN THE BADMANS NOW HE IS KICKING ASS THE F-CKING GUY BECAME EINSTEIN OVERNIGHT.I WAS EVEN THINKING OF PLAYING SOME OF FREAKS GAMES WITH MY LOCAL BOY THIS GUY IS HITTING CLOSE TO 70% IN HIS LAST 30 BADMANS PICKS.

FREAK JUST POST THE GAMES AS EARLY AS YOU CAN AND I UNDERSTAND YOUR GIVING GUYS A LAST MINUTE CHANCE TO GET THERE PLAYS IN THATS FINE.

I JUST WANTED TO ADD THIS BADMANS CONTEST IS THE BEST ONLINE CONTEST FOR THE MONEY AND THE FUN.FREAK DOES A GREAT JOB I HAVE BEEN IN EVERY YEAR EXCEPT MAYBE ONE SO I AM A BIG FAN OF FREAKS BADMANS CONTEST.

I have NO problem with Freak and TRUST him completely and have NO issues with how the contest is run. As a previous player in the contest and one who has run small pools privately, week 1 of any contest is a lot of work chasing down late entries. This is done for a lot of reasons one of which benefits all the players. This also shows how much he cares that he does do this. We all know over the years he goes to bat for members of this forum in a lot of ways.
Jim, I realize you like to trash talk and stir things up and that is fine (I actually enjoy it, even when I am the 'target' of the week) but I think you were off base on how you went about it this time. You can talk about his picks and give him (or any of us) a hard time about our 'skills' but NEVER question his integrity. I also realize you apologized already and those of us that have been here awhile already know but for any newer members, Freak is a stand up guy and treats his members as family.
