Piniero had seen the Cardinals score three runs or less in his previous five starts, all resulting in losses. Four of those five games came on the road, where he is just 1-3 with a 5.16 ERA in eight starts this season. The OVER is 7-2 in the last 9 meetings. Key Injuries - SS Cesar Izturis (.241; hamstring) is on the 15-day DL. PROJECTED SCORE: 3 Phillies (-200, O/U 9): Ace Cole Hamels will start his first home game against a National League team since June 5th against the Reds. Hamels notched a complete-game shutout in that game, walking three and striking out four. He is a somewhat disappointing 5-4 at home this season with an impressive 2.84 ERA and could be extra motivated after getting snubbed for the NL All-Star team on Sunday in player voting.
