friend told me about this sight, i come here and i have to earn splays because ur pryor members didnt particapate? not sure if i understand that. how will i get my friends to become new members? by telling them they can post for free, our that they can keep track of there picks, our make friends, not a good sales pitch. people want splays. new members should not be punished because of old members nonparticapation

Think about it this way. Stores offer buy 1 get 1 free offers, and people go to the store and that's all they buy and leave. Sooner or later that store doesn't offer that deal anymore because they aren't selling anything else.

People come to a sports and gambling forum and all they want is service plays and don't post. Sooner or later owner of forum says no more free service plays.

As in the store example, the forum works the same. I offer something, I expect something in return. I am not here for people to come get service plays and add no value.

New shopper or old shopper they lose out on the buy one get one free offer. Old posters or new posters same deal.

It's really easy, make posts daily, contribute and be an active member. I am not telling people they have to make 100 posts a day.

Let's be up front, I own the site, I want an active community, not a bunch of read and run members. That doesn't do it for me, I spend way too much time doing what I do.

The funny thing about all this is really funny and yet so sad, instead of people asking how they can help FREAK make the site better, all people ask is WHERE IS THE SERVICE PLAYS?

So maybe I am the fucked up one here and need to change my site name to Freaks Free Service Plays.

Better yet, why think about doing it, I should just do it.
