Rules of the Sports Pick Tracker

You must grade your picks and post your updated record after each day before posting your next picks.

The tracking folder is strictly for posting picks, nothing else. Only the handicapper may post in his or her personal thread for each sport. There is to be absolutely no links to other sites, e-mail addresses or solicitations of any sorts. You not only will be kicked off the tracker, but the forum as well. This isn't an opportunity to sell or promote a service for you or anyone else.

Don't use lines that can't be obtained at the time of your post. Please post what sports book you are using the line from, locals don't count, because we all can't bet with your local.

You must give a unit value on all selections. Feel free to use any value you like, but at the same time have it be realistic.

Please post your profit/loss in dollars not units after grading and posting your year to date record.

You will use the same thread each and every day, so it will be easy to find and easily checked for any errors. When you grade a pick please include juice - plus or minus - in your year to date record. All units will be based on $100 increments.

There will be absolutely no editing; if something needs to be edited please notify me and let me know what the change is. I want to keep this on the up and up at all times. After all it is your reputation, and why ruin it over a loss or two.

You will be required to keep an honest record with updates that will be monitored by me and fellow posters, anyone who is suspected of padding their record or does not follow the guidelines set forth will be asked to leave the record tracking folder. I will be the only person to make this decision, and I will be fair about it, after all we are all in this to win together. If you lose so what, we all do, it's what you do in the long run that counts.

Please remember this forum is solely to keep track of picks, year to date records, and plus or minus profits by handicappers. Only the original poster may post in his thread do not post any questions, thanks, congratulations or any other comments in their thread, it will be removed. Please post in the appropriate sports topic in the forum to give your praise, questions or concerns.

Please report rules violators by using the notify button icon at the bottom right of all post boxes. Simply tell me what the issue is, and I will look into it. Your report is kept confidential, so there won't be any backlash for doing the right thing. If you think a handicapper is using bad lines, or cheating on his record report them to me but do not post in their thread.

Here is an example of what your post should look like.

3* Miami -3 -110 @ Wagerweb

Let's say Miami lost

You're next post would start

YTD 0-1 -330

Then your next days selections....

If you want to keep track by different sports like I do in my thread that's fine, there's no reason to create multiple threads for all the different sports.

if my setup is *1=55 how should I do moneyline bets?

make it *1=$50-55

or *1= a bet to win 50

so a ml of 250. i would bet 20 to win 50 and that would be *1?

My recomendation is to keep a category called ML for money line.

If you go 2-1 on your plays, and one was 20 to win 50 (W), one was 30 to win 60(L) and one was 100 to win 185(W) then you record it as.

ML 2-1 +205

This way we can see the record and profit/loss.

I put my moneyline plays under the PTM section because I don't play them for full units. I hope that helped.

i went 3-0 on $100 bets. id like to add them now cause ive been using this forum to keep track.

No problem. Add them in. Also post your daily picks in the Picks That Click section. Even if you don't bet them. You don't need to rate them there, but you can if you want to.

Sorry but I need to overrule if you didn't post them, you can't add them in. If that was the case, we would have a lot of this going on.

Not that I don't believe or trust you, but if it wasn't posted it didn't happen as far as this area is concerned.

It's the fairest thing to do for everyone involved.
