DANZING CANDY scored a stylish victory last time out, upsetting the top choice in front-running fashion. He set a fast pace and ran them off their feet for his third straight. Although he does face more speed in this field, he also looks “fastest of the fast.” Come and catch him. RARE CANDY, N1X runner-up last out, looms the knockout. His off-the-pace running style suits the pace, he is a first-time gelding, and his connections already posted one big upset this meet with Big ‘Cap winner Melatonin (trainer David Hofmans, jockey Joe Talamo, owner Susan Osborne). EXAGGERATOR might prefer a shorter distance, but he also is the most accomplished in the field. The only millionaire, he is a two-time graded stakes winner and figures for a cozy trip tucked right behind the pace. DENMAN’S CALL and IRON ROB add speed
