Hi Freak,
I am going to pick your brain on this one. I am finding myself playing too many games per day. Can you suggest one or two services that do well in NCAA and NBA that I should be following. If you want you can e mail me at my listed e mail address...thanks for all you do

Music,

I am likely the wrong one to ask. I really don't follow who is doing what in the services.

I would say the best thing for you to do is come up with your games, and see who else is on it with you or against you.

I will add the two services I like to look at.

Wayne Root and Big Al. I really like Big Al because he is a technical capper. That's more my style.

I don't know your bankroll, or what you play on games, but I would look to use some power rating system or something you're comfortable with, and fine tune your capping to narrow it to your BEST bets.

Musicman I don't follow services either but one of my friends does, he says that Dr. Bob is good with collage hoops and Mike Neri for football. Most of the services are just touts, want your money don't care if you win. I think the best one to fade is Brian Mac especially in baseball, he has made me alot of money fading him. You might just watch who is hot on the site and follow them. Save your money and take the time to cap games yourself. You will find that putting yourself into the process you will win mre times than not. Trust me I have been doing this for over 30 years.

Here is Dr. Bob's record for College foots and it is not bs, I tracked his plays all season. Of course like he says it will be hard to match it next year. He is also good in College hoops, but you can't expect to win it all overnight. You have to be patient since it is a long season with lots of games.

Overall Season Results
I ended the 2005 College Football season at an incredible 51-21-2 on my College Best Bets and 136-49-5 on a Star Basis (1-0 on 5-Star, 5-2 on 4-Stars, 21-3-1 on 3-Stars, 24-16-1 on 2-Stars). The College Strong Opinions were 39-27. I am now 267-136-7 (66%) on a Star Basis on my College Best Bets since the beginning of last season and and 83-51 (62%) since last season - when I started using my new weighting methods to pick the Best Bets and updated my math model.

It will be tough to duplicate those results next season, but my math model was extremely accurate this past season and the situations also worked very well.

Also Gavazzi (private players of pittsburgh) is good in hoops, although he plays a lot of games. JB sports I have heard is good in the NBA, but I haven't tracked too closely. Mike Neri is good in college football and basketball.

Noggins, I actually can't take the credit for coming up with the name Big Gal Al. I saw that being posted on here (by Ripple I believe) and I thought it was a funny name for him because of the South Park reference.

I stopped refering to him as that because I was asked to, and he did go on a very nice run shortly after that happened, but I still have no respect for Al as a handicapper and don't find him to be very good at it.

Others do like him though, and that's completly up to you whether you want to bet your money on his picks or not. I won't do it. He's a tout who advertises way way too many GOY, GOM, GOW, PAC-10 GOM etc plays just to make a buck.

If you're going to give out GOY plays every single day then over time your screwing a lot of people out of a lot of money who really believe the plays are really strong plays when actually they're just his daily releases.

Take today for example:
Big Al's 100% ATS College Hoops Game of the Month
4*Ohio State
LOSER

Big Al's 93% (13-1 ATS) College Hoops Winner
3*Texas
LOSER

He's looking at systems that are 13-1 ATS, and anytime there's a system like that I can pretty much guarantee you that you can find another system supporting the opponent that's just as good over such a short stretch of time.

Just my thoughts on it, take it or leave it!
