I am looking for contest suggestions, both pay to enter, and freebies.

A cool nascar contest I think would be exciting to play.......

Each contestant picks 1 driver a week whom they think will win that weeks race. Contestant will be rewarded points accumulated by their driver.

Trick is, your only allowed to pick a driver ONCE for the entire season.

Example, if you picked J. Gordon last week you would be leading with 185 points but can not use J. Gordon again this year.

Interesting concept, who would keep track of such a laborous contest to insure noone picked the same driver twice?

I'm sure we could find help, I could keep'm for 1/4 of season (til May), now you need 2/3 others to pitch in.

Would just like to get some competition going again here whether it's a freebie or a post up, doesn't matter.

here's another novel idea, how about a March Madness Contest. Post up only 10, 15, 25 something small to get a bigger pool of players. It's always eaiser to get sponsors with up front support.

Novel idea Stewman! We could set up some brackets through Yahoo and we wouldnt even have to worry about keeping score. I would be interested in that.

We really need more discussion, poker is great, but poker players tend to "play" and not necessarily post. Think about which direction your headed. Not all bad my friend, not all bad.
