Michigan's FB program is on a down turn. Look at their program last few years, they didn't quite hit rock bottom but definately on the downside. Kinda what Penn State has gone through the past few years. I would either fade Mich. or stay away from them.
Also, Minnesota flat out was stunned last week vs. PSU so I would expect their running game to improve drastically tomorrow.
Minnesota (4-1) had the nation's top-ranked rushing attack before last Saturday's 44-14 defeat at Penn State. Junior Laurence Maroney, who had led the country with an average of 174.5 rushing yards, only had 48 yards on 16 carries.
That will change tomorrow.
The Gophers have been looking forward to this contest. They lost the last two in heartbreaking fashion, blowing a 21-point fourth-quarter lead at the Metrodome two years ago and a seven-point lead in the final quarter last year 27-24 final.
Bottom line is your on a team who is on the down slide vs a team who is up and coming power house. Tread lightly IMHO Personally I would think the UNDER is the side in this one.
