Simple using the Harmon forecast and if I get 5 more points on the dog than I should, I play it. If I'm laying 10 points fewer on the favorite than I should I play it. This weeks qualifiers are...<p>Toledo -18 (Harmon says -28) Ohio -8 (Harmon says -19) Cincinatti -4.5 (Harmon says -15) Kansas State -14.5 (Harmon says -25) New Mexico +8 (Harmon says +2) Middle Tenn State +6.5 (Harmon says +1)
