opinions (1/2 unit)<p>in case some of you are wondering, i am a pretty small bettor. a one unit play for me is $22 to win $20. there for my bets go like this......<p>best bets ($66 to win $60)
strong plays ($44 to win $40)
regular plays ($22 to win $20)
opinions ($11 to win $10)<p>i know alot of you out there are betting alot more than this and might even laugh at the small amount that i wager, but i wonder how many of you bet small like this and how many load up. for me, gambling is fun and i love to do it, but i have to pay my bills first. just because my plays are small does not mean they do not have any value. <p>i am not off to that great of a start. i am much better in the colleges than the pros. actually i have not had alot of success betting the pros. it is crazy how i keep on trying. my pattern over the years is to win money on saturday and give most of it back on sunday. maybe that will change this year. i know that i have a good time doing it. gambling is a form of entertainment to me, not a way of life or certainly a living.<p>

opinions (0-2)<p>kansas city -4 over jacksonville (best bet)...............kansas city is alot better than most people think. they have a great record in home openers as well. jax a bust again!! chiefs by at least 10.<p>tennessee -3 over dallas (strong play).............tennessee might return to form of a couple of years ago. plus they are playing the expansion team from dallas (sorry, i meant they lost to an expansion team). cowboys in for a long year. tennessee by 17.<p>carolina -3 over detroit (regular play).....give me a reason why i should take the lions plus only three on the road. i can't think of one.<p>new orleans +2.5 over green bay (regular play)....i am not that impressed with the pack. i don't think they should be favored at new orleans.<p>san fran -3.5 over denver (opinion)......don't think denver is as good as they looked last week. they will get knocked down a peg on the road this week.<p>pittsburgh -4 over oakland (opinion).......don't think steelers are as bad as they looked last week. they are a different ball club at home.
