I look for today to be an emotion filled day for all involved.Many drivers would like to dedicate a win to dale.The astericks above are drivers who finished in top 6 last yr.,and as u can see they have all qualified well with maybe the exception of jarrett.Joe gibbs racing really has this track figured out and i look for bobby labonte or tony stewart to take the checkers.Ward burton gets around rockingham well also.He could play a role in deciding who will be in the winners' circle.Rusty wallace is my darkhorse today!

Emotions will be running high today at the race track. The missing man slaute will be flown over the track by the Air Force and a salute and tribute to Dale before the race.

Focus will center on JR today as it would be a great thing for him to win the race. Although this writer would like nothing more himself, the plain truth is it won't happen.

There is too much bias in this track and a few drivers as shawnee922 pointed out have a good feel for this oval.

Although I can't agree that Rusty Wallace is a drak horse since he is the favorite to win the race, I can agree on a few of the other drivers.

Last week proved to be -125 on predictions and I look to atone, can't promise but certainly will try.

Before I post my predictions, I know some of you are reading these threads, please take part in them. If you know of others that like Auto racing, introduce them to the forum. The forum is for more than predictions, but sports talk as well.

You have to put Earnhardt Jr in the mix even if you don't think he will win. He will go all out today no matter what.
