They send Matt Blank to the mound who was shelled by the weak hitting Braves in his only starts this season coming away with an ERA of 10.80.<BR>Baltimore started out slow but have proven to be a solid team of late they send Josh Towers to the mound with a 2.57 ERA, Baltimore is 3-0 against the Expos in Baltimore.<BR>Give me the better pitcher against an Expos team in disarray!<P>Play Baltimore -130
