I am looking for anywhere from 2 to 4 good cappers on all sports.

I am contemplating putting together a pay service. Nothing real elaborate but a place people can go see the cappers listed, what their current record is and if they want to purchase that days pick(s) they can.

I am thinking of using pay pal as the way for people to pay. It is easy to use and very easy to get money back and forth to people without the mumbo jumbo.
