It appears to me that a number of people never returned after the site-reconstruction.
I f by chance you have a mail file that has all the members subscribed to FREAS FORUM, it may serve you well to send several notes along explaining that the site was only down temporarily, and is now better than before.
With a link attached of course.
Many people are creatures of habit, once the daily regimen of checking/posting at a board is disrupted many have to be beckoned back.
It's like that with any type of site on the web.
Just a thought.

I am pretty good at these sort of things, and perhaps could assist in some small way.

Just an offer, and a suggestion.
Please don't take it the wrong way, i like the board and the peoploe here , and would really like to see it reach it's potential.

I have a few ideas for threads that may peak peoples interest, just a few that are not on too many boards, but the ones they are on get a pretty good 'hit' %.

Thanks for the e-mail. I appreciate your sincerity and willingness to help. You are a great addition to the forum, and it doesn't go unnoticed.

I am a bit puzzled, because believe it or not the site has picked up in all areas, views, hits, visitors, new visitors, old visitors etc etc...

The thing missing is the posts. I am a bit perplexed as to the fact more people are coming to the site, but don't take part. I don't mind lurkers as they come from all different places.

I hate posting to myself, I try to be as different and innovative as possible compared to the plain jane, ho hum elsewhere. Maybe that's what people want... who knows.. It is the holiday season, and perhaps people come read some posts and move on. Then again, maybe I put up boring topics, heck i don't know. Interaction is what this place needs more of. Funny thing is when you ask people what they want, they answer more interaction, but yet those asking don't do it themselves !!!!

I scratch my head on this... Maybe I need to advertise or something, then again that costs money. Something the ole Freak doesn't just have lying around.

If everyone that posts here, invited 1 person to register and post, this place would be like gangbusters. Like the commercial goes, just can't eat but one !!!! Well bring em on !!!!
