Aries retains his title. RVD vs Jerry Lynn is next. ESPN is milking the BCS rankings showing 25-11 now in a commercial break. Go figure.

RVD defeats Jerry Lynn. Crowd nuts the whole match with chants of ECW. A decent match, RVD does the coast to coast from the top rop with a steel chair smashed into the ladder that was on top of Lynn.
RVD actually pinned Lynn with the ladder sitting on Lynn's chest.

They show Dixie Carter arriving at the arena earlier in the day. Not sure where they go with this as Hogan resigned a 2 year contract with TNA.
Looks like the three way is next with Joe, Crimson and Morgan.
1. LSU 2. Alabama 3. Oklahoma 4. Oklahoma St 5. Boise St
Looks like ESPN's projections for top 3 were off from last night. Computers vote Ok St as #1. Someone needs to reprogram those computers.
Alabama is the real #1 in my book, see my post in the forum.

Bully Ray and Mr Anderson is next.
Ray cuts a promo against the city of Philadelphia and it's funny. He ends by saying he's Bully Ray and he's from New York City. Fans cheered him before the promo and boo the hell out of him after it. Funny stuff.

Mr Anderson defeats Bully Ray. Anderson went for a finisher off the top rope onto Ray on the table and overshot the table. He then did a mic check on Ray on the table for the pin. A brutal match and a lot of props used.
Women's Championship is next.

Velvet Sky wins her first title as Traci Brooks counted the 1-2-3 after Winter sprayed the red mist into Karen's face.
AJ Styles vs Christopher Daniels is next.

AJ Styles wins the I Quit match after Daniels says I quit before he would be hit by a screw driver. Strange ending to a match that Daniels pretty much dominated.

Jeff Jarrett comes down to the ring and talks trash about Jeff Hardy and that no one wanted him around. They brawl, it gets broke up by security and officials. Much ado about nothing to get Hardy on the PPV and back into the picture.

Sting and Hogan are next. Should be interesting since Hogan won't take any bumps.

Sting defeats Hogan with the scorpion death lock. hogan tapped out and the ref which was stated as Eric Bischoff's son at first didn't have the bell rung and on the second tap out did.
After that Immortal came down and beat the hell out of sting while hogan slumped in the corner. Sting begged Hogan for help at that point and then Hogan Hulked up ripped off his shirt and beat the hell out of immortal.
Hulk is back to the real hulk hogan and a face and they shook hands with one another.
Well that explains how they will have Hogan be in the company for the next two years and Dixie "back in charge".
Final match is next..... Roode vs Angle. After what just took place, this should be interesting.

Angle wins by pinfall holding on to the rope while Roode had his hand under the rope as well. The Angle/Roode storyline will continue it appears.
This was a back and forth match that saw 3 Angle Slams, a few German Suplexes and Roode putting on his submission move at least 5 different times.
This was TNA's version of Summer Slam and wasn't that bad but was slow in a lot of spots. Who knows where they take the Hulk angle and how this plays out. TNA needs to get some heavy sponsors and viewers to have a chance. Perhaps with Hogan going good guy now there may be more attention paid to TNA, maybe not.
