Oklahoma City is coming off consecutive losses to Phoenix and San Antonio and the Thunder should take out their frustrations on the Timberwolves. The Thunder are 45-21 ATS after a loss since Russell Westbrook became the starting point guard early last season and they're 14-2 ATS this season after a game in which they lost straight up and to the spread. My ratings favor Oklahoma City by 10 1/2 points and I'll lean with the Thunder at -10 or less.

VALPARAISO (+9) over Butler

Butler has a chance to go undefeated in Horizon League play, but the Bulldogs are coming off a satisfying 70-53 win over a good Siena team in last weekend's Bracket Buster game and they could letdown a bit here. Butler is just 1-7 ATS this season in conference games following a win and spread win and they're just 6-13 ATS the last two seasons against teams that they beat earlier in the campaign. Valpo is 9-2 ATS as an underdog in conference play this season and Butler applies to a negative 83-162-7 ATS late season road favorite letdown situation. My ratings favor Butler by 10 points, so the line isn't high enough to make this a Best Bet, but I'll lean with Valpo at +9 or more.
