Well, you all know I LOVE hockey but the ongoing sale/Bankruptcy
stuff is really making it look like a joke. Are there any real fans in phoenix other than visiting Canadians?
With Reinsdorf out of it now (I don't pretend to know all the details but if this guy backed out, obviously the situation was really poor) and the NHL making a lame bid (in an effort to just keep the Balsillie group out) which really they can't afford as I am sure the other owners do not want to be on the hook for the franchise when they have their own issues. Balsillie has probably not done it the 'right' way but he is willing to put up the cash and I would not mind another team in Canada.
It will be interesting to see what the judge does with all of this Soap Opera.
What do others think, especially if there any Coyotes fans out there?

City of Glendale is going to be on the hook for a lot of $$$ with an empty arena. Gretzky and company did nothing to help this team. Where's Wayne been while all this has been going on?

To be honest they never should have went out to the West Valley when they played at America West now US Airway center which is in downtown Phoenix.

I can tell you that people that live in the East side of the Valley aren't going to drive 70 miles one way to see a piss poor franchise. I am sure that is the same for every team but the Coyotes never took off in Phoenix from day 1 they arrived as a broke team from Winnipeg and they will go back to Canada a broke team.

Looks like it is not over yet, may have to wait a couple more weeks to find out... nothing!
