Big things are expected from the Sixers, which could mean added pressure. The road

The T’wolves actually had a winning spread mark as a favorite last season and have

*San Antonio over Phoenix by 4
Under the total may be the way to go with the Suns in transition and the Spurs ranked
third last year in defense, giving up 90.6 points per game. San Antonio finished last
season going ‘under’ in its last eight games. SAN ANTONIO 88-84.

*Houston over Memphis by 16
The Rockets are 17-6-1 in their last 24 home contests. HOUSTON 100-84.

*Utah over Denver by 12
Utah matches up well to Denver, covering in nine of the past 11. UTAH 109-97.

New Orleans over *Golden State by 8
The Warriors won’t be able to overcome the huge point guard edge the Hornets have
with Chris Paul. The Warriors no longer have Baron Davis and Monta Ellis is injured

Los Angeles Lakers over *Los Angeles Clippers by 12
The Lakers went 4-0 SU and ATS versus the Clippers last season winning by an average
margin of a whopping 26 points. LA LAKERS 108-96
