I like STEPHEN BRUCE with Baze and Morey on the turf in the eighth race. I thought about just an action play here since I think the field is a little tough and do not like BRUCE's running style but do like Baze at 3/1 on the morning line. 1 unit to win and 2 to place.
Doing fairly well but only 5 total races. Things have been better at Santa Anita with 0 wins and 2 places in 3 races and up +9.60 for a $2 dollar wager and 0 wins and 1 place at Bay Meadows for 2 races but down big at -6.80.
I have been going at 1 Unit to win and 2 Units to place but will take your suggestion and go 1 and 1.
